£1,250Fixed one-off fee

What’s included

  • A preparation call to understand your priorities
  • A staff questionnaire before the review, to understand everyday challenges, current AI use and where support would help.
  • Up to one day with your team to explore the agreed process or business area, your technology and current AI use
  • Written findings and a prioritised action plan
  • A follow-up conversation to work through the recommendations

We agree the scope before we start—whether that’s a broader review or a closer look at slow reporting, repetitive admin or systems that don’t work well together.

Monthly advisory support

Work through a specific challenge or get ongoing advice across the business, with an experienced adviser alongside your team.

£1,200Per month · 15 hours of support

Use your hours for

  • Leadership, project and stakeholder meetings
  • Investigating a process, exploring ideas and assessing options
  • Supplier discussions and independent advice
  • Research, preparation and support as changes take shape

Preparation and follow-up count towards your 15 hours. Extra hours are £100 each, agreed in advance. Rolling monthly support with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
